Buffalo State utilizes a web-based applicant tracking system, PeopleAdmin, for the online management of the recruitment process for faculty, professional, and graduate assistant vacancies that require a search. The applicant tracking system intakes the employment applications (including resumes, cover letters, etc). The search process includes the completion of a recruitment plan/job posting, pre-interview search procedure report, interview and recommendation process report, and appointment form. Targeted training is provided to individuals involved in the search process.
