All employees requesting temporary alternative work arrangements must complete and submit the Alternate Work Location/Flexible Work Schedule request form.
Please review SUNY’s telecommuting bulletin before submitting your request.
All requests must be reviewed and approved by employees’ supervisors or department heads, respective cabinet members, and Human Resource Management.
