Vacation*
Full-time employees earn vacation at the rate of (a) 20 days annually or (b) ½ day per bi-weekly pay period plus additional vacation upon completion of each year of continuous service in accordance with the contractual schedule. Vacation may be accumulated up to a maximum of 40 days and the balance may not exceed 40 days on October 1 of any year.

Sick Leave*
Full-time employees earn at the rate of ½ day per pay period (13 days per year), up to an accumulated maximum of 200 days.
Personal Leave*
Full-time employees are credited with 5 days each year on personal leave anniversary date. Personal leave is not cumulative and any unused leave remaining at the close of business the day preceding the personal leave anniversary date is forfeited.
*Eligible part-time employees earn credits on a prorated basis if working at least half time.
