If a department has multiple employee updates, please e-mail Human Resource Management with a list. Employees are able to update their phone numbers, including office, cell, home via the SUNY HR Self Service Portal.
    • Non-New York State paid employees (e.g., Research Foundation, College Foundation, Dining Services, Barnes & Noble Bookstore) may add or update their directory information via Directory Add/Update Form or contact Human Resource Management.
  • Department Updates

IT Services maintains the department database for the campus.  If there are any changes to your department's name, campus address, phone, fax, or e-mail, please contact Human Resource Management and we will relay the requested change to IT Services.
