Procedures for Personnel Forms
The Current Employee Change Form and the Faculty and Professional Appointment Form may be routed electronically via e-mail for appointments, leaves, separations, etc. Approvers type in their name and then e-mail the form to the next office with the document attached following the Authorization Policy for Personnel Transactions.
To spell check or otherwise modify a MS Word form document, you will need to unprotect the document. To unprotect a MS Word form document:
